There are more than 50,000,000 students enrolled in school in the United States. 0.6% attend virtual school full-time, and 9.4% attend virtual classes and in-person classes. Many children had no option but to attend school virtually in the midst of the recent pandemic. By now, many children have returned to conventional classes in person. However, some of those who thrived in cyber classes continued learning from home.
